How TL05-BCN works with Blecon

Tracking

Location data is captured as the TL05-BCN moves through your operation. Every frontline device that comes within range picks up its signal and forwards it to Blecon Track, building a location trail from packing to delivery.

Sensing

High-accuracy temperature readings sent in real time. As the BLE tracking label moves through a supply chain it captures and forwards the current reading. Optimised for cold chain shipments where temperature confirmation at each stage matters.

Specifications

The TL05-BCN comes in a thin peel-and-stick form factor that can be attached to packaging for journeys, and disposed once the job is done. The zinc printed battery makes it safe for single-use by design.

76×76×0.8mm ultra-thin Bluetooth tracking label. Peel-to-activate adhesive backing. Labels ship on a fan-fold backing.

Lifetime

90-day service lifetime, optimised for single-journey shipments from origin to delivery. The label is disposed with the packaging at the shipment's destination.

Temperature sensing

Captures temperature data and broadcasts it with location in real time. Operating range is -30°C to +60°C across 20-85% relative humidity, suitable for ambient, chilled and frozen shipments across global climates.

Built for shipment monitoring

Engineered for global shipments. A zinc-based battery supports air freight without lithium battery shipping restrictions. FCC/IC/CE certified and RoHS compliant.
