Blecon Track Features
Built for operations teams.
Blecon Track turns location and sensor events from your tagged assets into a real-time operational view. The live map, zones, rules and integrations of the asset tracking platform built for operations teams
Every asset, where it is and where it's been
See every tagged asset on a live map; current position and status across yards, depots, customer sites and transit lanes. Filter by zone, status or sensor reading to focus on what matters.
Live map and asset markers
Trails
Link related items (pallets to roll cages, totes to shipments) and track at the level that matters.
Pull up any asset's live view directly from a scan code or shared link.
Audit any journey, on demand
Every position update, sensor reading and zone movement is stored against every tagged asset. Reconstruct any journey leg by; where it went, when it was where, what conditions it experienced along the way.
Timestamped record of every location update for every tagged asset, indexed and searchable.
Sensor data history
Temperature and humidity readings stored alongside position, for cold chain proof, condition disputes and end-to-end audit trails.
Compliance reports
PDF reports per device, generated on demand, on a schedule, or triggered by an alert.
Exports and custom reports
CSV export for one-off needs, or build custom reports and BI dashboards on fleet summary, violations, sensor history and more via the Tracker API.
Zones that mirror your operation
Define zones for the way your sites actually work; yards, depots, bays, storage areas, customer sites. Track measures every asset against those zones: who's where, what arrived when, what stayed too long, what's moved between which areas.
Coordinate zones and network zones
Define zones by geographic boundary or by Hotspot network area, both work under the same rule model.
Zone activity
Every entry, exit and transition logged for every tagged asset, with timestamps.
Dwell tracking
Measure how long each asset spends in each zone across hours, days or weeks.
Asset counts per zone
Real-time counts of how many assets are in each zone at any given time.
Define rules. Track exceptions. Resolve them.
Blecon Track lets you define business rules around location, movement and time, then continuously evaluates every tagged asset against those rules. When a rule fires, Track records a persistent violation, not a fleeting alert, so teams work from a live exception list and clear the queue.
Rule types
Triage workflow
Each violation is a persistent record with full context; which asset, which rule, when it fired, current state. Acknowledge to claim, assign to a teammate, or resolve directly. Track holds the queue so teams know what's still open.
Notifications
Route violations to the right people by rule type or zone, via in-app and email channels.
Plug into the systems you already run
Track events flow into the systems your team already runs. Violations and alerts via webhooks to Slack, incident tools, WMS or TMS. Position and sensor data into AWS pipelines. Build your own integrations using the Tracker API.
Webhooks
AWS integrations
Stream events into AWS S3 for archiving, or AWS SQS and EventBridge for event-driven cloud pipelines into your inventory management, BI or analytics systems.
Tracker API
Programmatic access to everything in Track; fleet summary, assets, zones, violations, sensor history. Build custom dashboards or pull data into your BI stack.
Connect Track to AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol, query asset locations, generate summaries, automate workflows in natural language.
Run a pilot in days, not months
An eval kit gets you everything you need to run a pilot. Tags, the platform and Blecon Agent for your devices.
