The InPlay IN100 NanoBeacon is a tiny dedicated hardware Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon chip that costs under $0.50.

And by loading the appropriate configuration file on to the device, it can become a basic Blecon device that can spotted by the Blecon Network by any Blecon Hotspots!
